Shipping policy

This policy explains how we handle shipping and delivery for all orders placed on our store. We ship through two channels — our own fulfillment via Shiprocket, and print-on-demand orders through our partner Quikink — so timelines may vary depending on the product.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Print-on-demand items fulfilled by Quikink require an additional 6 business days of production time before dispatch.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pin code and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2499. Print-on-demand orders may carry separate shipping charges as they are dispatched independently by Quikink.

SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number once your order is dispatched. Standard orders can be tracked via the Shiprocket portal or the assigned carrier's website. For Quikink orders, a separate tracking link will be provided once the item leaves their facility.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING COVERAGE
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may take longer or have limited carrier options. International shipping is not available at this time.

SECTION 6-  MIXED CART ORDERS
Orders containing both standard and print-on-demand products will be shipped separately, as they are fulfilled from different locations. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment. No additional shipping fee is charged for the split unless indicated at checkout.

SECTION 7 - FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNS TO ORIGIN
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us, we will reach out to reschedule dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.

SECTION 8 - DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photographs. We will investigate and coordinate with the carrier or Quikink to resolve the matter.
